Questions about plans
What happens when I reach 10 recipes on the free plan?
Nothing is lost. You keep using, editing, costing and printing all your recipes, and preparations never count. Only creating new recipes for sale needs Pro. If you ever go back to the free plan, the same rule applies.
Do I need an account?
Not for the free plan. PanProfit Pro asks only for your email, with no password: we send you a link to sign in, so Pro can work on up to 3 of your devices.
Are my recipes uploaded when I go Pro?
No. On every plan your recipes are saved in your own browser, on your device. To move them to another device, download a backup on one and restore it on the other.
How do I pay, and in which currency?
Prices are in US dollars. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which accepts cards and other common methods. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
Does Pro renew automatically?
Yes, once a year, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from "Your plan" in the app ("Manage subscription"). Pro stays on until the end of the year you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of a payment. See our Refund Policy.
Does Pro work without internet?
Yes. Once Pro is on, it keeps working offline for up to 14 days. The app checks your plan by itself whenever it is online.
